What are your prices?

Our prices are subject to change depending on the e-bike designs, configurations, and various factors in the market. For instance, the costs of raw materials and the state of the market can influence our prices. Please contact us for further information, and we will send you an updated list of our prices.

Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Most Business to Business companies have a minimum order quantity. However, our company does not have a MOQ. This is because we serve both small and large companies. You are welcome to contact us with a view to becoming one of our dealers or agents without worrying about meeting MOQ requirements. 

Can you supply the relevant documentation?

Yes, at your request, we can supply all the relevant documentation, such as certificates of analysis, conformance certificates, insurance, and originals. We also offer various export documents depending on the client’s requests. 

What is the average lead time?

The lead times for samples and complete orders are different. For instance, for samples, the lead time is approximately 15 days. On the other hand, the lead time is between 30 to 60 days after we receive the deposit payment for mass production. It is worth mentioning that the lead time only becomes effective when we have received a deposit and when we have received final approval for the products (after the sample is sent). If our lead times do not work with your deadline, we are willing to make some changes and review your requirements with your sale. We aim to accommodate all our clients’ needs. In most cases, we succeed. 

What payment methods do you accept?

Our standard payment method is via our bank account. However, since we work with international companies, we accept other payment methods like PayPal and Western Union, depending on our agreement with the clients.

How much deposit do you accept?

You do not have to pay for all the products at once. We accept a 30% deposit in advance and a 70% balance against the copy of B/L. The advancement depends on the overall order quantity.

What is the product warranty?

All our tools and e-bikes come with our warranty. This is all part of our commitment to deliver satisfactory products to our clients. Our warranty policies are subject to change, depending on the market, products, and the types of products you order. You can contact us for a document with our warranty policy and everything you know about it.

Do you work with international companies?

Yes, as a B2B company, we service companies from various countries. We welcome international companies to work with as agents or dealers. Our market stretches across Europe. In addition to our international dealings, we also serve local companies. Our headquarters is in the southern part of The Netherlands, and most of our clients hail from different parts of the country. You can reach out to our team and enquire about partnerships with companies in your country. However, you can rest assured that borders are not a limitation.
